Englewood Mayor Michael Wildes conducted a presentation at the Berkeley College Manhattan campus for international students, faculty members and guests covering a wide range of topics including Optional Practical Training, Cap Gap Relief for F-1 Students changing status to H-1B, Nonimmigrant Visa Options for graduating students including H-1B Visa, filing for permanent residence status on the basis of an offer of employment, and recent developments in the field of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law.
