Englewood Mayor Michael Wildes and his father, Leon Wildes joined Yoko Ono at a press conference opening the exhibit "John Lennon: The New York City Years" at The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Annex NYC.

Mayor Wildes' father, Leon Wildes is best known for his successful representation of former Beatle John Lennon and his wife Yoko Ono from 1972 - 1976 during deportation proceedings spanning a five year period. Leon Wildes is more than the father of Mayor Wildes; he is also the Mayor's law partner at one of the most prominent immigration firms in the United States. The Wildes & Weinberg Law offices was established in the 1960's by the principle partner of the firm Leon Wildes.
